That said, I say it again, Ma Chao in original history is hugely unrelated with Ma Chao in Dynasty Warriors, nor RoTK. I'm assuming that what happened in history did not happened in Dynasty Warrior's time line.) (And person who 'actually' pull the string, Yang Fu is in Ma Chao's side in that battle as well. Because of this, none of the logic Wang Yi says 'works' in this game in particular. Reason? Well, Zhao Yue is in battle of Tong Gate (Which is way after his actual death) in Ma Chao's force. Ironically, due to how Dynasty Warriors 8 is made, in here, Ma Chao, is indeed justice and Wang Yi is likely Evil manipulator. You do realize Wang Yi's plan hit Ma Chao first by killing Ma Chao's family through 梁寬 and 趙衢, which Ma Chao answers by killing her son Zhao Yue. I don't remember original Ma Chao related with justice at all. I guess there was some 'Justice' he did there too.
